Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy

Courses and Training

  • Online Courses: Refunds will only be issued if the cancellation request is made within 14 days of purchase and if you have not accessed any course content.

  • In-Person Courses/Training: Refunds are available if the cancellation request is made at least 7 days before the course start date.

Coaching & Tutoring Services

  • Refunds will be considered if cancellations are made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.

  • Missed sessions or cancellations within 48 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund.

Customised or Bespoke Training

Due to the tailored nature of bespoke training, refunds are not available once work on the training materials has begun. Exceptions may be granted at our discretion for extenuating circumstances.

2. Cancellation Policy

By the Client

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to info@nexora.academy.

  • Any applicable refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation request.

By Nexora Academy

  • In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule a course or training session. In such instances:

    • You will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

    • We are not liable for any additional costs incurred, such as travel or accommodation expenses.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital products (e.g., downloadable materials) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

  • Any courses or services purchased at a discounted rate are non-refundable.

4. Exceptions

Refunds or cancellations may be granted outside the stated terms under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Serious illness or medical emergencies.

  • Other unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances (documentation may be required).

5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund or cancellation:

  1. Email us at info@nexora.academy with the subject line “Refund Request” or “Cancellation Request.”

  2. Include your name, course/service details, and reason for the request.

  3. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

6. Changes to This Policy

Nexora Academy reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Please review this page periodically for updates.
