Liability Waiver

By participating in Nexora Academy courses, training sessions, workshops, or events (collectively referred to as "Activities"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. This Liability Waiver outlines the extent of Nexora Academy’s responsibilities and your agreement to participate at your own risk.

1. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Participation in Activities may involve certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, mental stress, or other unforeseen incidents.

  • You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, known or unknown, associated with your participation.

2. Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless Nexora Academy, its employees, contractors, agents, and partners from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Personal injury, illness, or damage to property resulting from participation in Activities.

  • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in course content or training materials.

  • Incidents caused by third-party providers or venues associated with Nexora Academy.

3. Medical Responsibility

  • You are solely responsible for assessing your physical and mental readiness to participate in any Activity.

  • If applicable, you must inform Nexora Academy staff of any relevant medical conditions or limitations before the Activity begins.

  • In the event of an emergency, you consent to medical treatment and agree to bear any resulting costs.

4. Personal Belongings

Nexora Academy is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during Activities. You are encouraged to safeguard your possessions.

5. Compliance with Instructions

  • You agree to follow all instructions, guidelines, and safety measures provided by Nexora Academy staff or representatives during Activities.

  • Failure to comply may result in removal from the Activity without refund.

6. Third-Party Services

  • Certain Activities may involve third-party providers (e.g., venue operators, guest trainers). Nexora Academy is not liable for the actions, omissions, or negligence of such third parties.

7. Force Majeure

Nexora Academy is not liable for cancellations, delays, or damages resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

8. Agreement to Indemnify

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexora Academy from any claims or liabilities arising from your actions, including:

  • Misuse of training materials.

  • Breach of this Liability Waiver.

  • Conduct that causes harm to others during Activities.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

This Liability Waiver is governed by the laws of England, Wales, Northern Ireland, and Scotland. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within these jurisdictions.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or participating in any Activity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Liability Waiver. If registering on behalf of another participant (e.g., minors or employees), you confirm that you have the authority to do so and accept these terms on their behalf.
